NPower Build Recruitment
The NPower Build 2019 Recruitment is set to commence very soon.
N-Power is a job creation and empowerment programme initiative of the National Social Investment Programme(NSIP) of the Federal Government of Nigeria. The N-Power Build is a Vocational training component of the N-Power National Social Investment Programme. This Sub component is dedicated to the training and certification of unemployed Nigerian Youths aimed at building highly competent and skilled workforce of technicians, artisans and service professionals.
NPOWER Build is an accelerated training and certification programme for unemployed Nigerian Youths in order to build a new crop of highly competent and skilled workforce of technicians artisans and service professionals.
NPower Build is divided into 7 components, this includes;Automobile, Agric. Tech., Carpentry & Joinery, Electrical Installation, Hospitality, Masonry & Tiling, Plumbing & Pipe-fitting.
Below are some vital information regarding NPower Build 2019 recruitment;
The duration of the programme is 12 months TRAINING
3 Months in-centre training and 9 months apprenticeship with partnering employers
Graduating trainees would earn an exit Tool box/Starter Kit at the completion of their in-centre training
Trainees will earn a monthly stipend of ₦10,000 for 12 months.

NPower Application Requirements
- Applicants must be a Nigerian.
- Applicants must have a valid means of identification like national id card, voters card, international passport.
- Graduates required are HND (higher national diploma) or Bachelor degree holders.
- Applicants must be willing to show dedication to job
- All applicants must have the ability to pass relevant test.
- Applicants must be between the age of 18 and 35.

Difference Between Enrolled And Onboarded in Npower
Onboarded means that NPower is currently validating your details while Enrolled means that you have scaled validation and you have been processed for payroll.

What is NPower Focal Person?
A state appointed Person who is in charge of all social investment programmes in a given state. For N-power, the focal person assist with;

How to Resign from NPower Program
NPower has announced the introduction of a resignation button from benefiaries dashboards. Benefiaries who for any reason want to quit the NPower Program may simply do so clicking on the ‘Resign from Program’ button. Read more about How to Resign from NPower.
Through the N-Power scheme, hundreds of thousands of young, unemployed Nigerian graduates have been empowered through training and skills acquisition in different areas of public services, including education (N-Teach), health (N-Health), agriculture (N-Agro), and building/construction (N-Build).
Each N-Power beneficiary learns entrepreneurial skills to enable him become a business person and become a professional on his own, while beneficiaries are given electronic devices to enhance their work and paid a N30,000 monthly.
State-based N-Power partners comprise, but are not limited to the following: N-Teach – State Universal Board for Education (SUBEB); State & Local Government Area (LGA) Offices for Adult Education Centres; State & LGA Offices for Nomadic Education; N-Agro – State & LGA Offices for Agriculture Development Programme (ADP); and N-Health – State & LGA Offices for Primary Health Care Board.
