How to Find JOBs with Google Job Search Engine

With the aid of the Newly launched Google Job Search Engine tool, starting from March 1st 2018, Job seekers in some African countries (South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria) and other regions would be able to use the new Google job search experience to help them quickly and easily find opportunities suited to them.

Google Careers Job Search engine that helps job seekers find employment opportunities by providing users with a streamlined experience; letting them explore, research and find relevant, local job postings.
Users will get details about the posting, such as job title, location, whether it’s full-time, part-time or an internship, as well as detailed information should a job be of interest.
By pushing the ‘get alerts’ button, users will get email notifications when new jobs matching their searches appear.
Job sites, platforms and employers can display opportunities in the new jobs search experience through open structured web markup standards.
On the project, Google is collaborating with the federal government, Jobberman, NGCareers, MyJobMag and other job resource websites in Nigeria.
How to Use Google for Jobs
To get started, type ‘jobs’ or ‘internships’ into a Google search with or without accompanying words, and a box labelled Jobs will pop up beneath the search bar.
You can also customize your search keywords to your preference, for example if you’re looking for jobs in the media, you can search ‘reporter jobs’ and a number of nearby reporter positions will pop up beneath the Jobs box.

Other keywords you can try is ‘ Jobs near me’. When the result is displayed, at this point, you can get more specific about what kinds of jobs you’re looking for.
