For example, watch SD channel [when on a limited data] and tune both SD & HD [only when connected to an unlimited data network].

Step 1: Power ON you device and head to the Settings menu. This can be done by tapping the cog icon in your notification shade.

Step 2: Find Apps (or Applications, depending on your device) in the menu, then locate the app MKIPTV BOX [TVBOX USERS] or MKIPTV PRO2 [PHONE SUBSCRIBERS]

Step 3: Tap on Storage and the buttons for clearing the app data will become available.

Step 4. Hit on the clear data and there you go…. all olds preset & configurations are gone.

Step 5. Return back and open mkiptv box or mkiptv pro2 and carefully replace back right settings as earlier explained HERE FOR MKIPTV BOX and HERE FOR MKIPTV PRO2 [PHONE USER].
